Renewal. For annual subscriptions, we will notify you of the pending renewal of your subscription at least 30 days prior to the date your subscription renews, except as otherwise required by law. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card.

We reserve the right to deny use of the site to anyone for any reason. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on membership to Past The Bar; all sales are final. Registration data and other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy.

This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Mentoring In Motion may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to the other party or may terminate your access to and use of the Site or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination of this Agreement, your right to use the Site shall immediately cease, and you shall destroy all materials obtained from the Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Use of the Message Board and Ask An Expert

When you post on the members only message board you are interacting in a public area. You should use common sense and not reveal information that is not for public consumption. It would be unwise to post your telephone number, address, financial, or other personal information. If you post your email address we cannot prevent anyone reading the board from using that information for solicitation or other purposes, although we strongly discourage users from abusing the message board in that manner.

On the message board you may NOT: Solicit for business, attempt to recruit employees, attempt to bring other users into a multi-level marketing, network business or pyramid scheme, use profanity, make sexual references, make derogatory or discriminatory comments, slander or libel anyone, be rude or crude in any way, be abusive or offensive, do anything unlawful, invade or breach the privacy of another person or organization, stalk or harass anyone, post web addresses for any adult rated sites, say anything that might be construed as exploiting children, or give legal, financial, or medical advice.
